As REFF is based in Whitley, and committed to developing the skills, interests and opportunities, REFF is commissioning an artist to create a short film, using the urban environment of Whitley as its subject matter.

Community members from Whitley will be involved in the making of the film and the resultant project will be premiered at the festival this year.
